Join us at the North Kansas City Community Center for the Heart Healthy Aerobathon!! Wednesday February 24th. It will be a fun hour and 45 minutes of heart healthy exercise for only $5.00. Fitness center membership is not required. However registration IS required...get all the details HERE.

Mature Pride Fun and Fitness
Welcome to Mature Pride's Fitness Site!
This is where you can find out about the regular recuring fitness activities going on with the group. Also check the main calendar for special events.
Some of our more popular activities:
- Johnson County walking group - 1:00 pm on Sundays.
- North walking group - this group is hibernating for the winter.
- South East walking group - this group is hibernating for the winter.
- Bike club - see below.
- Softball - Sundays (various times). MP is not planning an official team for 2010 - however any girls who want to play softball this year, there is a women's C league team forming. Email the address below to get on the list!
- Shape club - Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, Saturdays at 8:00 am.

BEGINNER:
Sunday Beginner Ride has been cancelled for the winter. Check back in the spring. Theresa will still be hosting the Family Bicycles Beginner ride on Mondays. This is a slow paced ride of about 8-10 miles. Meet at Family Bicycles at 7140 Wornall at 6:30 pm.
ADVANCED:
Regular rides are cancelled for the winter. Please join a spin class near you ...hint our preferred bike shop, Family Bikes is hosting a spin class through November and December! Also check the KCBC/JCBC calendar above for rides that go on through the winter. Feel free to contact me if it's a nice day and you want someone to ride with!
